Job Description:
Prepares quarterly schedule of audit on each ongoing ALI projects
Conducts project audit
Reviews the contract drawings and specifications against actual structure
Reviews the contractor's quality program and verifies if the procedures and processes are being followed and properly documented.
Prepares audit findings which include Non- compliance and Corrective Action Report (NCR), comments and observations
Verifies if the corrective actions of the audit findings are normally being done
Verifies and closes issued Non- compliance report (NCR) (if any) including the effectiveness of the corrective actions
Check safety, health and sanitation program of the project as part of the QA audit
Prepares dockets for every unit
Monitor project close-out
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
