Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Project plan inspection and implementation.
• Inspection of construction works.
• Monitoring of project accomplishment in accordance with set schedule.
• Coordination with different parties involved in the project.
• Evaluation of billings submitted by the contractors and/or suppliers.
• Attendance to regular meetings.
• Assisting in the preparation of bid documents.
• Prepare progress report, evaluate billings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with or without license.
• Preferably with experience in ISO Processes and Documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• With good interpersonal communication skills both oral and written.
• At least 5 years extensive experience in construction industry.
• Exposure in High-rise and/or Land Development construction/ Fit-out works is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned in different locations for work.
