Job Description
Assists in the Preparation and facilitation of various Internal Trainings and Orientations
Inspects of newly installed SO if conforming to standard practices and submit sub-standard installations for rectification. Possible result is the prevention of TI/PQI & SQI
Inspects the attended Fault Tickets if conforming to standard practice and OTQC was implemented. Possible result is the prevention of SSI & TI/RTI
Ensures all works is conforming to accurate material declaration. Possible result is the prevention of misdeclared/unaccounted materials
Does regular debriefing and refresher courses on the Dos and DON'Ts in the field
Gives technical trainings to the field personnel to ensure efficiency and quality of work in installation and repair; Endorses staff who need improvement in terms of quality of work
Monitors that the technical knowledge of the field personnel are up-to-date and based on the expected service required from PLDT
Closely coordinates with PLDT for any technical modules or programs that can be conducted to the field personnel
Responsible for securing Technical ID of the field personnel
Inspects of Personnel Grooming & Field Habits/Attitudes including investigation of anomalies being perpetrated at work and recommend appropriate sanctions
Clarifies all questions, queries and conflicts as to the correct standard practices and procedures
Receives, validates and encodes all QA reports in the field
Receives, validates and encodes all rectification reports submitted by Area Heads and Team Leaders
Initiates call-outs of restored Fault tickets involving replacements of CPE for validation.
Collates, prepares, arrange and print QA Reports for submission to client.
Does other activities as may be required by the project.
