QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Food Technology, BS Biology, BS Fisheries, or BS Nutrition
With at least two (2) year working experience in a food manufacturing firm
Has extensive knowledge on HACCP, BFAR regulations, and GFSI standards
Results-oriented
Meticulous, highly organized, flexible, and a team player.

The ability to consistently identify mistakes across thousands of inspections

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and manage Quality Assurance program and activities that will ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, government regulations, and industry practice including GMP, SSOP, and HACCP
Implement training and awareness programs to ensure employees are up to date with food safety and quality management system.
Evaluate and assist in developing process, specifications, and critical control points in production and for ongoing safety standards of the product.
Develop and review quality and safety policies, manage, and lead the team during audits.
Supervise and coordinates quality control activities of workers to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications.
Completed coorective and preventive actions for received findings during inspection process and collaborate with quality team members and department managers to implement procedural remedies.
Investigate customer complaints and conduct CAPA
