Job description
Primary Function:
Manages the Quality Assurance group activities of the production line. Plans and directs Quality Assurance activities relating to compliance to established procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Plans program of actions to achieve or exceed quality goals.
2. Manages the implementation of approved plans and programs.
3. Drive the activities relating to compliance to established policies and procedures.
4. Plans assignment to subordinate so objectives will be achieved or exceeded.
5. Communicate and interface with each department for the timely analysis, corrective/preventive action and implementation for the quality, system and compliance issues captured by QA to achieve or exceed the quality goals.
6. Manages the weekly LYT meeting, verify and drive for the CA compliance and effectiveness.
7. Manages, coordinate with customer for the quality issues, implementation and effectiveness of action items.
8. Delegates a specific duties and responsibilities so each subordinate can make maximum use of their expertise and knowledge.
9. Generates department monthly report to Management.
10. Host /support ISO/IATF, TUV and UL Factory Inspection/Product Audit.
11. Perform other tasks assigned by VP for Quality.
12. Must be knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and TS16949
Quality System.
Qualification:
- A graduate of Engineering or any related courses
- Willing to relocate in Pampanga
- With experience of atleast 5 years as QA Manager in a Semiconductor Company.
