What you will do
Champion and owner of Lean Six Sigma program for ATCB and work with Global BE team to drive BE Six Sigma program
HOD for Quality Management System with responsibility of handling all customer visits, customer audits, and certification audits
What you will need
Graduate of Engineering course (ECE, EE, ME, IE)
Experience required:
Graduate of any Engineering course (ECE, EE, ME)
At least 15 years' experience in Quality Management
Hard Competencies:
Good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma including the training and application of Lean Six Sigma and driving the program. Certified MBB/BB is added advantage.
Good knowledge of Quality System requirements (e.g. IATF, VDA, ISO), Automotive Core Tools (FMEA, SPC, etc.), and audit function
Experience in driving Continuous Improvement programs
Soft Skills:
Leadership skills (leading a team and/or cross-functional teams to drive or implement improvement projects)
Strong English communication and presentation skills
