Description
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical ), Food Science Technology or any related fields
Analyze problems and solve immediate situations quickly and accurately.
Training and Experience:
5+ years' experience in the rice making process and adequate knowledge of the food manufacturing process.
Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise.
Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources)
With experience operating with PLC/SCADA automated system, ISO management
Skills and Attitude:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills for reporting, data recording, and analysis
Willing to work beyond office hours and holidays
With skills in performing machine inspection and troubleshooting
Preferably with a driver's license
