PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Will demonstrate high level of customer focus and delivery
● Will conduct Quality assessment of work done by agents
● Responsible for Training/ Up-skilling/ TNA
● Interact with clients
● Mentor trainees effectively as necessary
● Keep oneself and ensures one's team is updated, aware of, and compliant to all Company policies and procedures which include Information Security Management Systems
● Ensure that all company information which includes customer information are kept confidential and secured
SKILLS REQUIRED:
● Tenured agents with 3+ years with relevant QA exposure
● Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
● Accuracy and attention to details
● Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
● Basic and operational knowledge on internet
● Good knowledge of hardware, software and networking issues and troubleshooting mechanisms
● Excellent knowledge of timeline
● Good analytical and problem solving skills
● Good time management and multi tasking skills
● Leadership skills and situation handling skills
