Job Description 1. Sampling and inspection of in-coming, in-process and finished products.
2. Ocular inspection of stocks.
3. Responsible for filling up, monitoring, testing for all required documents/forms in production and/or other assigned activities
4. Prepare COC for deliveries
5. Responsible for re-inspection/sorter if necessary
6. Ensure to handle the trays carefully to avoid any deformation or defects
7. Ensure the quality of the products after inspection meet the standard specifications of the products to avoid any customer complaint/s.
8. Segregate the non conforming products that do not meet product specification and requirements and put label for proper identification.
9. Ensure that standards and procedures are adhered to and that delivered products or services meet performance requirements.
10. Communicate and report to the QA/QC Head regarding rejected/defected products.
11. Accomplished records and documents on a timely basis in accordance with the Quality Management System.
Job Qualifications Senior High School
At least 1yr experience as QA Inspector
