Primary Function: Ensures safety through proper monitoring of approved food safety guidelines and standards Major Responsibilities:
1. Ensures proper monitoring of the following guidelines and standards:
 Quality Plan
 Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
 Pest Control Management (PCM)
 Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)
 Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP)
2. Ensures that CAPA for external product complaints are monitored and implemented.
3. Ensures food safety inspections are carried out on a timely basis.
4. Submits food safety reports
5. Performs related task and other duties that may be assigned from time to tim
education: Graduate of BS in Chemical Engineering, BS Chemistry or Food Technology course
