Responsibilities:
Able to handle ISO certification audits (surveillance and re-certificate) and customer audits.
Able to close non-confirmations of 3rd party audits in stipulated time and revert.
Able to prepare and present technical analysis data in graphical presentation.
Able to manage IQA & PQA team and support them in GD&T measurements.
Able to prepare and display visual aid/guides for Quality inspections and customer complaints.
Able to handle supplier rejection communications and receive CAPA/8D reports on time.
Able to communicate and coordinate with CFT for customer complaints brainstorming and RCA.
Able to interpret engineering drawings and provide technical solutions for QA measurements.
Able to maintain calibration of instruments and equipment.
Able to create/prepare Quality documents like Control plans, Quality Inspection plans, PFMEA, WI, etc.
Able to understand and implement global policies and procedures.
Responsible for the QM module in SAP
Able to collaborate with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
Able to manage and coordinate customer PPM (Parts per Million), supplier PPM, supplier problem solving on time, cost recovery, and supplier warranty indicators.
What we look for:
Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical engineering with a minimum of 6-7 years experience in the manufacturing industry
Should be a certified ISO internal auditor.
Six Sigma Black belt preferred and hands-on with Minitab
Well-versed with MS office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc
Should be an SAP QM module user
Should be a quick learner and be able to multi-tasking.
Should have knowledge about Kaizen and process improvement
