QA ENGINEER
Essential Job Functions:
 Responsible for Customer Returns Management leading Invalid complaint returns 8D Handling;
 Reviews Failure Analysis report for Customer returns samples;
 Monitoring of Customer Returns / CARs including system registration, database monitoring, checklist generation);
 Generation and consolidation of Quality related KPI reports (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly KPI reports);
 Monitoring of Subcon Health of Quality;
 Champion to One-Point Lesson and Lessons Learned Champion;
 FMEA proliferation support for Binan IC.
Experience/Skills:
 With background and experience in semiconductor manufacturing specifically in the field of Quality, FA, and Reliability;
 Problem solving and communication skills;
 Presentation and customer interface skills;
 Works efficiently under pressure.
Education :
BS Degree in Engineering
