Description
Job Responsibilities:
1) Act as a Customer Correspondent
2) Execute quality standards, inspection processes, test methodology, quality plans, documents and reports.
3) Review customer's quality manuals, contracts and change requests and ensure that the necessary
criteria and provisions are included in quality and process plans
4) Handle customer complaints
5) Participate in internal and external quality audits
Qualifications:
1) Graduate of any Engineering course
2) With at least 2 years experience preferably gained from a plastic injection company
3) Intensive experience in customer complaint handling and problem solving
4) Knowledgeable in QC Tools, ISO standards and measuring equipment.
