Job function:
Execute quality standards, inspection processes, test methodology, quality plans, documents and reports.
Review customer's quality manuals, contracts and change requests and ensure that the necessary criteria and provisions are included in quality and process plans.
Handle customer complaints
Review and establish supplier quality requirements
Participate in internal and external quality audits
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Engineering course
With at least 2 years of relevant experience preferably from a plastic injection company
Relevant experience in customer complaint handling
Well-versed in RCA, 7 QC Tools etc.
Requirements * Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 3
Language(s): English
Knowledge: AutoCAD, ERP
Availability for travel: No
Availability for change of residence: No
