- analyzing the warranty reports problems and conducting internal meetings and explaining the different warranty parts problems and root causes.
- make a regular warranty Analysis reports and recommend improvement items to the team ( ENGG/QD/prodn)
- Can Attend to the customers warranty concern and recommend appropriate actions.
- know the importance of QUICK ACTION & QUICK RESPONSE to the customer ...
-Can strongly manage the daily customer requests and communicate with business ethics
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Experienced in handling customer claims & complaint ( QA experienced),
*Technical expertise in the Automotive and Air Conditioning job
Can easily deal with different types or levels of customers and communicate
well
Engineering graduates and with 5years minimum experienced in handling of
warranty job.
experienced from the car dealers is an advantage
with managerial level experience is also an advantage
