As an experienced and dedicated QA Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated tests to ensure product quality. You will be working closely with the development team to identify and fix bugs in software applications and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of reliability and usability.

Due to their continued success, they are looking to expand their team in the Philippines and are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with strong expertise in automation testing to join their dynamic software development team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Automated Test Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using appropriate testing frameworks and tools.
· Test Planning and Execution: Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Execute automated tests during development cycles.
· Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of software through continuous testing and refinement. Collaborate with developers to improve software performance.
· Bug Tracking and Reporting: Identify, record, document, and track bugs thoroughly. Work with the development team to prioritize and resolve issues.
· Continuous Integration and Deployment: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing. Integrate testing into the deployment process.
· Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to ensure software applications can handle expected load.
· Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of test cases, outcomes, and steps taken to resolve issues.
· Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with software developers and other QA team members. Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to the team.
Requirements
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
· 1 to 5 years of proven experience in software quality assurance and automated testing
· Strong knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks (any tool will do, no tool preference)
· Experience with programming languages relevant to test automation, such as C# or JavaScript (experience with other programming languages can also be considered)
· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development process
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, both verbal and written to effectively collaborate with foreign counterparts

Advantageous Skills/Experience:
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
· Experience with performance and/or security testing
· Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
· Experience with version control systems like Git
