-Conducts daily verification of testing and measuring equipment being used by production, warehouse and quality assurance department.
-Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
-Approves in-process materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production lead man/supervisor.
-Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.
-Documents inspection results by completing reports.
-Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

-Monitors and ensures quality products through physical and chemical analyses before and after line control start-up activities for sanitation, safety, food safety and maintenance that control parameters of production and finished goods conforms to established system and specification.
-Provides immediate reporting of process and product deviation to superiors and coordinates with all concerned people for necessary correction and disposition.
-Conducts daily verification of testing and measuring equipment being used by production, warehouse and quality assurance department.
-Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
