As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will collaborate with other QA, developers, and product managers to build a system for managing private equity investments. You will be part of a team responsible for implementing the full private equity investment lifecycle, using modern technologies including cloud infrastructure and blockchain, and supporting clients with a global scope. This will involve a mix of supporting existing logic and clients in production, while also testing new functionality in the system. We are looking for QA analysts who can successfully break functionality into testable units and contribute to our automation framework when required.Responsibilities: Improve and report on the quality of software product functionality and deployment Develop and implement manual test cases and drive the conversion of manual tests to automated whenever possible. Execute, analyze and debug automated tests and test results vs web applications Work with the automation team to improve the core automation framework Define test strategy, test suites, test cases as well as design tools for QA testing with a focus on automation. Work closely with the development and QA teams to improve the existing tools and process Target the end goal of having as few touch points as possible between code commit and gated production deployment Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability. Execute automated scripts and perform failure analysis to determine root cause of failure. Contribute to end-to-end user acceptance tests and support QA Tools and activities as needed. Work with both onshore and offshore teams to meet objectives and deadlines. Qualifications: 5-8+ years of QA manual + automation experience 3+ years with Selenium WebDriver API automation and unit testing experience Nice to have experience in C# and .NET Previous experience testing web applications (ASP.NET, Angular/JavaScript, Silverlight) Ability to engage development and business teams clarify requirements Understanding of properly designing reusable component classes and page classes Familiarity with Jira for work item management Understanding of code management, branching and merging strategies Ability to learn and adapt quickly Experience in creation and execution of manual test cases. Knowledge of test management tool like X-Ray. Good verbal and written communication skills Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills Taking pride in work and achieving excellence Experience automating other types of testing, like performance, a plus #LI-EZ1
