Responsibilities and Duties
Monitoring the work of operators for compliance with the rules in the company
Implementation of the KPI company’s plans
Listen to calls, according to the established format by the head;
Reporting according to the established format in the company;
Deployed to provide feedback on listened calls;
Check confirmed orders for an example of correct execution.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in sales (call sales) or as a QA in a call centre (minimum of 3 month)
Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to multitask
Exceptional listening and analytical skills, be attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team in a rapidly changing dynamic environment
Ability to remain focused and productive each day
