1) Conduct physico-chemical, sensory and other appropriate test on in-process samples and finished goods of BM, Cheese and SA.
2) Conduct verification audits in conformance to the implementation of plant quality and food safety system such as HACCP, GMP, SPPS and ISO standards.
3) Participate in troubleshooting activities to address quality issues.
4) Provide reports relating to product and process conformance, with trends analyses, to superior and internal customer.
5) Provide administrative support and other activities to direct superior such as report generation, data analyses, which may be requested from time to time.
