minimum requirements of Codex Alimentarius, Meat Hygiene, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sanitation Standard
Operating Procedures (SSOP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), and other Quality Management Food Safety
Systems.
