Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Analyzes raw materials, process samples and special samples.
• Analyzes and prepares COA for wheat deliveries.
• Encodes, prepares and submit Daily Summary Report.
• Coordinates with production re analysis result and quality issues.
• Issue product advice slip to warehouse for finished goods and hold products.
• Practices and maintains GLP
• Collects and prepare retention sample.
• Update inventory of chemical and supplies.
• Prepares and updates supplies for requisition
• Prepares other duties as directed by superior.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Food Technology or Chemical Engineering
• One (1) or two (2) years' experience in food manufacturing and or laboratory.
• Computer literate.
