Perform chemical, microbiological (sterility, pyrogen, bioburden, particulate matter) tests, in-process or physical analysis on raw materials, products, processes and critical systems.
Prepare media, buffers, solutions and materials needed for laboratory work
Compliance with Quality and EHS Policies
Perform routine sampling and testing of water samples to ensure quality for use in the manufacture of product in accordance with relevant SOPs
Testing and evaluation of on-going and new products' stability studies
Document all data in designated logbooks/test records accurately, clearly and legibly as per cGMP regulations and prepare reports of work done
Review and revision of SOPs, forms and other Plant records.
Perform required routine maintenance on laboratory instruments and plant equipment (equipment validation, calibration)
Engage in employee involvement activities (process improvement, team meetings, housekeeping, training, documentation, internal quality audit team participation).
Participation in EHS programs and corporate citizenship activities
