QA Analyst ( tolling)San Miguel Corporation

The position as QA Analyst for Tolling Operations is currently included in the existing TO and will cover Cavite Shipping Point(s) and product inspections. Below is the job summary,
Evaluates, interprets test reports and conducts applicable verification on physico-chemical analysis, sensory evaluation, food safety compliance and other quality inspection needed for Tolled and Traded products, which are not limited to milk, coffee, flour mixes, and other emerging products.
Interprets technical specifications and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and translates these parameters and requirements to quality plan to ensure consistent results.
Ensures that processes are documented and conforms to standards and customer requirements, and complies with regulatory requirements.
Provides prompt and accurate disposition on finished goods, raw materials and packaging materials, and documents release results thru disposition report, monitoring and SAP System (Batch Management)
Verifies and evaluate non-conforming, beyond maximum age of acceptance (MAA) and ageing products to provide prompt disposition and recommendation.
Ensures pest control programs are implemented and effective in warehouses and shipping points.
Conducts warehouse facility audits or assessment against Company standards, quality, food safety and applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.
Provides prompt, clear, complete and accurate analytical reports and communication to superior and clients.
Handles customer and consumer complaints or concerns, and provides investigation and resolution, updates and evaluation reports.
Represents the Company and provides technical recommendations in addressing food safety and quality-related concerns, as well as, immediate decision and sound judgment during incidents requiring actions.
Supports QA Supervisor in meeting financial, quality and food safety targets.
Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Food Technology and other related courses. He/She is preferably with at least one (1) year experience in Food Manufacturing, cGMP and Food Hygiene.
