QA ANALYST (LIQUID DAIRY LINE)
 
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND:
A graduate of BS Chemistry/Bs Foodtech/BS Bio major in Micro or any Food Science-allied courses.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
At least 1 year(s) of experience Analyst in a Food and Beverage Manufacturing is an advantage
Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
COMPETENCY PROFILE:
Preferably Licensed Chemist, Licensed Chem. Technician
Knowledgeable on cGMP(Good Manufacturing Practices), GWP (Good Warehousing Practices), and GLP.
Knowledgeable on physico-chemical tests (pH, % fat, protein, brix, % titratable acidity, viscosity)
Has the ability to write technical reports
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collect and analyze samples in a timely manner.
Ensure that all samples being submitted are analyzed, evaluated, and recorded in a timely manner.
Responsible for records of analysis and maintenance of these documents.
Ensure test results are delivered appropriately in a timely manner. Assist in maintaining a sample schedule
Inform the team and immediate superior of any defects, deviations, and errors on the product being analyzed.
Ensures that all testing equipment is in good working condition by conducting calibration verification.
Revise Quality Assurance Laboratory SOPs as required to ensure that procedures are compliant with CGMP.
Performs other related functions/duties or as needed.
