QA Analyst for In-ProcessSan Miguel Corporation

1) Conduct physico-chemical, sensory and other appropriate test on in-process goods and materials of Butter-Margarine and Cheese finished products to determine conformance to specified plant quality system, customer and regulatory requirements.
2) Perform conformance audit to verify the implementation of plant quality and food safety system and standard process and product specification.
3) Participates in the troubleshooting activities with customers.
4) Prepares audit reports, analyses of data and trending reports.
4) Assist the QA-BMC Supervisor in ensuring conformance of the Section to the analytical standards and related quality systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP, SSOP and HACCP.
5) Conducts technology scanning and research in related technical fields relevant to the improvement of analytical procedures, manufacturing process and quality improvement.
6) Provides administrative support and other activities to the QA-BMC Supervisor such as budget preparation, report generation and other related activities as requested from time to time.
