1. For Duty & Responsibility:
Job Summary:
Ensures physico-chemical conformance to standards and specifications required to meet regulatory and customer requirements, quality systems and business objectives.
Conducts laboratory analysis, analytical tools and procedures on finished goods for Magnolia products under QA BMCSA operations- Cheeseball products
Prompt preparation of clear, complete and accurate analytical reports to superiors and customers (internal and external),
Conducts conformance audits and assessments to toll partner (SMCFPI) against established Quality Plan, product and process specifications and Good Manufacturing Practices,
Provides advise and assistance to clients in addressing quality related concerns and quality improvement,
Performs quality checks in retention and trade samples
Assists in managing the QA BMCSA Operations resources, and
Other assignments related to ensure quality and food safety product deemed necessary by the section.

2. Qualification: Graduate of B.S. Chemistry, Chemical Technology or Food Technology
3. At least 1 year experience in Food Manufacturing, cGMP and Food Hygiene.
