JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible in ensuring all butter, margarine, cheese, and salad aids products manufactured and developed in the plant conforms and strictly adhere to the implementation of the plant quality and food safety management systems through conducting laboratory analytical tools and procedures on in-process and finished goods, conformance audits, and addressing quality and food safety related concerns and quality improvement programs. The QA Analyst (QAA) assists in managing section's resources and aligns the system in the production relative to FSSC requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
KPA1: Quality Assurance Laboratory Management
Execute the good laboratory management to guarantee integrity of test results, proper maintenance of laboratory equipment and ensure continuous laboratory operation.
KPA-2: In-Process Quality Conformance
Implements in-process analysis and audit systems to verify plant's conformance and compliance with quality, food safety, statutory and regulatory and customer requirements.
KPA-3: Technical Training and Development
Contributes to section's continual individual development and participates to all Company programs related to customer satisfaction, quality, food safety and regulatory requirements.
KPA-4: Customer Care Management
Helps on the customer complaints related to product quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
KPA-5: Budget Management
Monitors operating cost to maintain it within the approved budget.
