THE OPPORTUNITY: QA ACCOUNT MANAGER
 
The primary function of the QA Account Manager is to oversee and manage the productivity and output quality of the assigned account/s and to keep current clients satisfied by delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
 
WHAT IT TAKES
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Medical Technology, Respiratory Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Radiologic Therapy, Pharmacy, Biology or other Medical Allied Health courses
With active PRC license is a plus
At least 1-3 years clinical experience, preferably in the adult medical-surgical area
At least 1-3 years management/leadership experience preferably in a healthcare BPO
Experience in Home Health industry is a plus
Willing to be trained in QA review and Medicare guidelines
Has excellent leadership and communication skills
Willing to work onsite (Robinsons Cybergate site)
