To combine marketing and lead management skills to design and enhance company presences, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused, sourcing and arranging positive connections for clients, setting up appointments, and finding potential clients to secure.

The Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls on an agents existing database or cold call list and qualifying lead opportunities for our clients. Conduct market research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Research and maintain lead generation databases by conducting regular quality and duplicate check and updating.
Maintain accurate records of communication attempts and their outcomes on all mediums of record keeping as provided and instructed
Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
Import data into client database system and ensure accurate
Track and analyze lead generation metrics to assess the effectiveness of different strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Source, develop, and maintain a sales prospecting database for the company ensuring all entries are accurate and relevant to the specified target market
Generate target outputs for appointments with decision-makers
The Requirements:
2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including key players, market dynamics, and industry-specific terminology.
Proficient in using lead generation software, CRM systems, MS Office and other relevant tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to new tools and software
Ability to articulate a value proposition and get to the decision-maker
The Work Set-Up:
Work onsite
8 hour work shift
Monday to Friday
Night shift (9pm - 6am)
