Job Description
To develop interior finish, product, and furniture specifications for new capital project construction and space renovations. Prepares architectural and interior layouts as well as space layouts and drafting. Prepares furniture layouts and specifications, prepares orders and oversees installation of new furnishings. Coordinates signage and building branding.

The Responsibilities:
Assist Sales in gathering information for all design-related aspects of the project.
Coordinates all design-related aspects internally.
Design and oversee the implementation of facility design and construction.
Coordinate and oversee contractors performing maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards
Prepare reports and compliance documentation
Coordinate with external stakeholders in the development of design criteria & preparing layout and detailed drawings
Review and estimate design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation and other related costs
Inspects installation progress for conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules
Develop criteria and performance specifications required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes
Inspect facilities for failed or failing building component and respond to reported system component failures
The Requirements:
2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role
Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Design
In-depth experience in VectorWorks, Rhino, Photoshop, Microsoft Office specifically Powerpoint
Able to read, interpret, and evaluate construction drawings and specifications
Ability to coordinate and organize goals and efforts of multiple constituencies
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Effective oral and written communication skills
The Work Set-Up:
Work onsite
8 hour work shift
Monday to Friday
Mid Shift (4pm - 1am)
The Location:
Unit 1E, Philexcel Business Park Annex, Clark Freeport Zone, 2023, Pampanga, Philippines.
