Manage the quality outputs of all workshop employees, offering feedback where required and continually encouraging improvements.
Responsible in measuring and providing quotation.
Responsible for planning and organizing workshop manufacturing to meet output targets for quantity, quality, unit costs, and project requirements
Responsible for proper use of materials and equipment.
Responsible for motivating, coaching, and developing team members
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Should have a Driver's license.
Should have PVC joinery skills.
Should have experience in managing a team.
