PURCHASING SUPERVISOR
 
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the procurement of raw materials, production supplies, equipment, and other company needs.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers.
Monitor purchasing budgets and ensure cost-effective procurement strategies.
Ensure on-time delivery of materials to support production schedules.
Maintain accurate purchase orders, contracts, and procurement records.
Train and supervise purchasing staff, ensuring adherence to policies and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Graduate of business administration, procurement, finance, or any related field
Has 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
With at least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Has excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Has strong leadership skills, negotiation, analytical, problem solving, and organization skills
