Maintaining purchase records all orders, payments, and received stock.
Sourcing, purchasing, managing the procurement of goods and services, and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals essential for the organization's operations.
In charge of canvassing materials, ordering and payment as well as coordination of delivery.
Sourcing and establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
Job Qualification:
At least 2 years of work experience in the field or similar position.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong understanding of purchasing procedures and policies
Proficient in MS Excel.
