Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the purchasing activities and staff
Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors
Ensure the quality, quantity, and timely delivery of goods and services
Monitor and control the inventory and budget
Evaluate and improve the purchasing policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
2-4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
Knowledge of sourcing strategies, market trends, and contract law
Skills in communication, negotiation, and data analysis
Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software
Willing to be assigned in Panglao, Bohol
