We have several construction projects in Cebu and also in Davao therefore we are inviting Engineers and other professional to form part of our Team.

Job Responsibilities:
Support the administrative and operational activities by locating competitive sources of quality goods and services
Negotiable favorable terms, conditions and pricing
Maintains updated list of vendors and commodity list
Process Request for Quotation, Purchase Order and other documents related to the job
Monitors timely delivery of ordered materials and supplies.
Qualifications:
A graduate of any Business related course
At least 1 year experience in canvassing & purchasing of construction materials and equipments.
Has good communication skills: verbal, written, and keen to details
Computer literate and knowledgeable with MS Office
Familiarity with specs of different supplies and materials
Dynamic team player, can work under pressure, positive disposition, competent
Has negotiating skills
Must have the ability to analyze costs
Must be efficient, well-organized and can work under pressure
