We are Hiring:
 
PURCHASING STAFF
 
Location : Tac-an Road, Talamban, Cebu City
Work schedule : 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday; 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Friday
Employment : Full-time
 
Qualification
Bachelor' degree in Industrial Engineering, or related field
At least 2 years working experience in wood furniture industry as Purchasing is advantage
Strong analytical and problem solving
Proficient in MS Excel and inventory/SAP system
Ability to work independently and coordinate
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Sourcing & Coordination
Identify, evaluate, and communicate with suppliers for materials, goods, or services.
Maintain good relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply.
Purchase Order Processing
Prepare, review, and issue purchase orders (POs).
Ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Price & Cost Management
Request and compare quotations.
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
Inventory & Material Monitoring
Coordinate with warehouse and departments to check stock levels.
Ensure materials are procured before shortages occur.
Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain complete purchasing records: POs, quotations, contracts, and delivery receipts.
Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies.
Delivery Follow-up & Issue Resolution
Track order status and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery.
Coordinate resolution for issues such as delays, incorrect deliveries, or quality problem
