Job Description
· Prepares and process Purchase Requisitions (P.R.) and Purchase Orders (P.O) for hospital supplies and equipment to be input in the hospital system.
· Locate vendors of hospital supplies, materials and equipment. Interview and negotiates them to determine the product availability, prices, and terms of payments.
· Planning, sourcing and procurement of all materials and services needed by the hospital.
· Ensured that all materials are purchased on time and the most cost-effective price as possible.
· Coordinate with suppliers and requesting party to ensure on time delivery of supplies.
· Monitor statues of purchase request and purchase order and ensures that they are processed at a timely manner, follow-up, and email the supplier regarding the purchase order.
· Other duties that may be assigned as needed.
