PURCHASING STAFF
Salary Range: 12K-14K
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source and negotiate with suppliers for price and quality of construction materials (cement, aggregates, steel bars, etc.)
Ensure availability of inventory for fast-moving goods
Monitor purchase orders to ensure that suppliers comply with delivery time and item specifications
Coordinate with delivery points on timing and process
Attend meetings, trade shows, and conferences to learn more about new industry trends and obtain supplier contacts
Maintain complete records and prepare monthly reports of deliveries
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a great advantage.
Know on Construction Matrerials/Equipment is great advantage
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess a College Degree Graduate
Must have knowledge of construction materials
At least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing is required for this position
Required skills: Purchasing, Construction, MS Excel, MS Word, QuickBooks
Must be driven and be able to work with minimal supervision
Must have integrity and show initiative
