Purchasing StaffVienovo Philippines Inc.

Assist Purchasing Manager in searching for potential suppliers.
Get quotations, evaluate and check prices of Suppliers.
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
Coordinate with production on the material requirements.
Prepare purchase orders.
Prepare delivery planning and responsible for proper tracking and timely delivery from suppliers.
Maintain updated purchase records.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with logistics /warehouse on the storage and deliveries.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any related field.
Preferably Male, with 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing, and resource planning systems.
Team player with strong organizational skills
