Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4 yrs. Business related Course.
At least 1 to 3 years Experience .
Must be a team player, flexible, hardworking and with good moral character.
Job Function:
Responsible in the control of purchases and ensure that all materials and services are in accordance to the specified requirements.
Collate purchase orders and purchase requisition to be able to order materials and services.
Responsible for requesting quotations of the materials and services.
Prepare purchase order to be sent to the suppliers.
Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.
Check and review the deliveries against the orders.
Review inventories and order as required.
Update the requesting department on the status of their request.
Update and monitor P.O. balances to Supplier.
Conduct and Participate in actual stock taking of RM and FG.
