About the job Purchasing Planner
Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Purchasing Planner to join our Purchasing Division based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.
The Purchasing Planner is responsible for evaluating, audit, and approving supplier selection. They are also responsible for coordinating supplier requirements to ensure timely delivery of the items needed to support the production of Vios, Innova and other projects.
In this role, you are expected to manage and carefully evaluate suppliers. You are also expected to analyze the supplier's financial statements as part of the supplier evaluation process.
Your role and responsibilities:
Supplier Evaluation.
Financial Analysis.
Supplier Coordination and Audit.
Supplier quality and delivery monitoring and audit.
Implementation of improvement activities.
Preparation of Annual activity plans.

Must have a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Must possess administration, planning, analytical skills and management skills;
Highly proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Willing to work on extended hours and go on official business trips;
You maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjust to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.
You use appropriate interpersonal styles and techniques to gain acceptance of ideas or plans, modifying one's own behavior to accommodate tasks, situations and individuals involved.

Must have a valid NBI clearance;
Must be willing to work in Santa Rosa Laguna.
