PURCHASING / PAYROLL ASSISTANT
 
RESPONSIBILITIES, AUTHORITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
Evaluating product quality, researching different vendors, and negotiating contracts
Analyzes suppliers based on price, delivery speed, reputation, and a variety of other factors
Estimates and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchase
Evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts and preparing reports (e.g. on orders and costs.)
Ensure compliance to all purchasing guidelines and perform cost analysis on all procedures and prepare required reports.
Evaluate all purchase acquisitions and purchase orders on regular basis
Analyzes suppliers based on price, delivery speed, reputation, and a variety of other factors
Evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, all purchase acquisitions and purchase orders on regular basis and preparing reports (e.g. on orders and costs).
Preparing payroll for site workers
General payroll pilling
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration or psychology or in any related field.
At least (1) one year working experience in a similar capacity
Proficient in computer applications
Good analytical skills, has a leadership skill and can-do multi-tasking
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent Problem-solving and organizational Skills
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively across teams and with a variety of people both inside and outside the organization.
