Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Purchasing Officer/Procurement staff, preferably in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and suppliers
Skilled in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
With high level of integrity and cost-conscious mindset
