JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible on sourcing/canvassing and purchasing for non-trade items needed to support daily operations of the Department/Group. Deals/negotiates with local suppliers for the best price, discounts and payment terms of trade requirements.
Essential Functions:
Sources out and canvasses for non-trade items and negotiates for the best price, discounts and payment terms in order to recommend the best supplier who can provide the items.
Places the orders needed to facilitate the processing of the item requirements and to serve immediately to internal customers.
Constantly communicates and builds relationship with the suppliers to provide the Company with quality service with all transactions
Qualifications:
Required: Graduate of any 4- year course
With at least 2 years of experience in purchasing
Familiar with rules and process in purchasing
Has good communication and negotiation skills
Trustworthy and realiable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
