PURCHASING OFFICERTHE FOREST LODGE AT CAMP JOHN HAY

The position is responsible for the procurement of all equipment, supplies, materials and other items needed for the Hotel operations in an efficient, honest and professional manner.
Preferably with strong background in procurement and purchasing procedures
Preferably with excellent negotiation skills
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work flexible hours
Ability to be proactive and reactive to anticipated and sudden changes in the workplace
Ability to be resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility
Ability to maintain excellent relations with other staff and maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times
Must be able to do multi-tasking and must be highly organized
Must be accurate and have a keen eye for details
