PURCHASING OFFICER
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance or equivalent
Preferably with 2 years experience in the related field of the company
Knowledgeable in purchasing and canvassing processes
Strong negotiation skills for the benefit of the company
Must be keen to details and well-organized
Good time management skills
Good communication skills
Produce and maintain all reports
Track the status of all orders by the company
Preferably with experience with Accounting software
Undertaking of all filing of Purchase Order (P.O) is required
Willing and able to work under pressure
Canvasses small purchases and follows-up pending purchase orders
Monitors prices for fast-moving items
Can work with less supervision
Proficient in MS Office, mainly in Excel
