Description
In charge of the company products' materials data base creation and ensure of its availability and completeness.
In charge of updating the materials data base.
Responsible for the communications and generations of PO's suppliers assigned by superior.
Responsible for coordinating with the suppliers on various issues such as an open PO update, price, delivery, quality issues, etc.
Responsible for the creation and update of PO tracking list for all the suppliers being handled.
Responsible for local buying materials.
Responsible for sourcing potential suppliers for local purchasing materials.
Actively join the daily logistics meeting.
Presents updates on suppliers being handled during the logistics meeting and highlight issues such as late ETDs, short shipment ,payment issues, etc., and actively participate in the brain storming for the resolutions of issues.
Interface with QC/QA, planning, purchasing ,production and material controller with regards to the delivery of goods.
Performs other task given by immediate superior.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Open Office, Cost analysis, Audit, Self-confidence, Cost management, Strategic planning
