Job Description- Train, supervise, and monitor all Purchasing staff and their activities.
- In-charge in conducting supplier site-audit, evaluation and qualification.
- Receive and review all request for sourcing and quotation.
- Reliever in the absence of Purchasing staff
- Review all completed Purchase Orders prior to payment
- Attend meeting with Department Head/Supervisors concerning operational requirement and provide assistance to them in areas associated with purchasing.
- Work to achieve cost savings in all purchase by negotiating directly with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing.
Qualification
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related courses.
- Must have at least 3 to 5 years Purchasing Managerial or Supervisor experience in Electronics Manufacturing or Machinery.
- Knowledgeable in preparing Purchase Orders / Job Orders / Purchase Requisition.
- With experience in coordinating with different suppliers.
- Must have good communication skills both written and verbal.
- No visible tattoo
