- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimise team performance and development
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders and suppliers
- Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels
- Excellent communication,interpersonal and influencing skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver againts project deadlines
- Commercially and financially astute with experience of managing budgets
Job Qualifications:
- A graduate of any course
- At least 4-5 years experience in canvassing and purchasing of construction materials
- Must have the ability to analyze costs
- Must be efficient,well-organized and can work under pressure
- Computer literate, especially Excel skills
- Full-Time position(s)available
